Shipping in the US
Standard Ground, (2-5 business days) FREE
Most items may be shipped via USPS Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Overnight, (1 business day)
You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

• You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
• Custom made orders have a processing time of 3-4 weeks.

Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
Tracking numbers will be sent with the shipping confirmation. However, it may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

The availability of an item is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock" or "Pre Order." Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are not yet available (Pre Order). For more information, please read the details below.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Pre-ordered items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-ordered items are shipped directly once they arrive in stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via email.
Pre-Ordered products can take up to 4 weeks to ship.
Delivery of Your Items
Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location and designated shipping method.
Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you receive an email notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.
