How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

• Contact sales@morethanswimming.com for a return questionnaire.
• Complete the return reason questionnaire provided by sales representative.
• Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Be sure to put this completed return form in your return package. If you do not include this completed return form we will be unable to process your return.
• Send the return package to the following address:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at sales@morethanswimming.com. Please your email address and phone number. More Than Swimming will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the return. Please contact our Customer Service department at sales@morethanswimming.com to assist you with placing a new order.
